Grab your friends (even the furry four-legged kind) and hit local trails, stair climbs and tracks. To find ideal hikes and activities in your area check out AllTrails, EveryTrail or Modern Hiker.
Join a Meetup Group hosted by Marybeth Dingledy and friends of the Climb to Fight Cancer to find out when and where other participants are training and gathering socially. Come share workouts, fundraising and training ideas.
Explore recommended conditioning and strength training for your expedition by reviewing peak specific training tips provided by the Guide Services. Let yourself wander, read about our other peaks and be inspired for your next adventure. Contact your guide service with any questions regarding your personal physical climb preparation.
We are fortunate to have a strong and fun group of former participants serve as volunteers supporting the Climb and your experience. Reach out to the lead for your peak to learn more about training, fundraising and your expedition.
