This November I'm excited to be taking part in the Queens for a Cure Pageant! Why am I excited? Because we are raising funds to go towards Breast Cancer Research and Awareness.

I care about this cause because cancer affects too many people, and because a healthier world is possible. Research is how we’ll get there, and you and I can help!

I trust and support Fred Hutch because for nearly 50 years, they’ve been advancing prevention, treatment, care, and cures. Their early discoveries led to bone marrow transplantation: one of the first immunotherapies and a treatment that can cure some cancers. Today, they are unlocking how cancers start and spread, harnessing the immune system to fight disease, improving clinical care, and giving more people and their families more time together.
