To our dearest friends, partners, and Celebrity Steak-Out guests,

Every year, we are deeply touched by the overwhelming support we receive from our community for Celebrity Steak-Out. The work that Fred Hutch does is truly groundbreaking, and it’s one of our greatest joys to bring people together with us to raise money to support them and their mission. Your participation in that has been a source of strength and inspiration for us since we began in 2010.

As many of you know, Brad was diagnosed with cancer in June 2024, and quickly after started radiation and chemotherapy treatment. His early diagnosis and incredible care would not have been possible without the unmatched network of doctors and specialists that we saw through Fred Hutch. Though treatment is over and Brad’s prognosis is outstanding, we’ve found ourselves deeper in recovery mode than we anticipated.

We had been hopeful that August 20th would give us enough time between treatment and our favorite event of the year, but the truth is that Brad needs more rest. And while we can’t imagine not coming together with you this year, it’s become clear that the best decision at this time is to take a break and come back stronger than ever in 2025.

Though we're taking a break from the event, we're standing strong in our ongoing support for Fred Hutch. We invite you to join us and to make a donation today in honor of Celebrity Steak-Out.
